Evelyn Jones is the passionate force behind This Girl R.O.C., LLC (TGROC), a community-centered organization that empowers women to discover their life purpose and achieve their highest potential. As a certified Life Purpose Coach and Career Coach, Evelyn draws from her own journey of resilience and transformation to guide others through their unique challenges, whether they’re seeking personal growth, professional direction, or community connection.

Evelyn founded TGROC in 2019, inspired by a profound personal experience of healing through service and driven by a desire to make a lasting impact. Under her leadership, TGROC has grown into a beacon of support, especially for women, single mothers, and those overcoming adversities. The organization offers a wide range of services and events, including life and career coaching, community service programs, back-to-school and holiday support, and monthly women’s discussions through her “Let's CHAT” group. With a dedication to giving back, Evelyn also collaborates with local organizations, sponsoring children with school supplies and hosting the “Make a Child Smile for Christmas” program for foster children.

Evelyn’s coaching is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to community. Her vision is to continue expanding TGROC's outreach, establishing resources like food pantries and hosting impactful workshops and conferences that encourage self-love, self-worth, and personal empowerment. Evelyn believes that every woman deserves the opportunity to live a purpose-driven life, and she’s dedicated to creating spaces where women can learn, grow, and connect.
